Frequently Asked Questions

How do I get started?  Once you pick a plan you will receive an email from me on how to get set up.  If you decide to go with the basic fitness program you will receive an email invite to our App with access to the exclusive Members Only Clubhouse.  This is where all the workouts for each day will be posted as well as other useful content.

If you select the personalized golf fitness program you will be contacted directly by me in order to schedule your initial golf and fitness evaluation.

What do the workouts look like?  All general workouts will be guided specifically to be done in 45 minutes or less.  Each session should start with a 5-10 minute general warm-up. The main workout portion should last 30 minutes and will contain a mix of golf specific work as well as traditional strength and conditioning methodologies to turn you into a savage on and off the course.

What if I can’t do certain movements or do not have the right equipment?  All movements are able to be modified based on the individual's abilities and access to equipment.  I will provide assistance on go to modifications.  For instance if you are unable to perform a barbell front squat (no access to a barbell or struggle with front rack position) you could substitute DB or KB’s to perform a DB or KB front rack or goblet squat.  I will also provide a no equipment version of each workout so you can follow even if you don’t have access to a single piece of equipment.

What all is included in the members only clubhouse?  The members only clubhouse will be where all major announcements, golf fitness content, and engagement with other Golf Gainers will take place.  All workouts for the week will be posted by me and I encourage everyone to post their workout scores and questions.  I also encourage some friendly banter to keep it fun just don’t go overboard!

What equipment should I have at home to follow the at-home workouts? All the at home workouts could be done with no equipment but if you are looking to get more out of the program I recommend getting some of the basic at-home equipment linked here.

What type of gym should I join to follow the full equipment workouts? I recommend finding a gym that not only has full service equipment but also has a small functional area that allows you to move around a bit. Feel free to contact me and I will help find a suitable gym for you in your area.
